Price index by region (2009 Q1 = 100)
URA's official quarterly index, adjusted for the mix of what sold — so one large launch cannot distort it.
Percentages compare growth relative to the 2009 Q1 base — not price levels; the Core Central Region remains the most expensive per square foot.
Covers resale and new private non-landed homes across the whole market — it is not filtered by the Private / EC / All selection above, and it excludes Executive Condominiums, which URA counts separately.

Covers every condo sold directly by a developer — brand-new launches as well as earlier projects still selling their remaining units. URA does not publish launch dates, so both are counted together.
